This was my first appointment with Ms Baoqin. She is a soft spoken, and gentle lady who is welcoming and friendly. She is upfront about her charges, and will ask for your approval first before proceeding. Even if there were to be an issue or an imperfection, she will do her best to rectify it calmly and professionally. I had a wonderful and peaceful time ☺️

Baoqin is very meticulous, brow colour very natural and doesn't fade easily, lasted me for 2-3 years, I had go back to her twice.
