Every client appointment is very important to me, and the time slot will be specially reserved. Kindly understand that when a client forgets or cancels without giving sufficient notice, an opportunity may be missed in filling that reservation space. Please provide 24-hour advance notice of any cancellations or rescheduling. I want you, my valued customer on board with this regime from hereon out. Appointment Booking Fee
A $10 non-refundable booking deposit fee is required to confirm the appointment. The money will go towards offsetting your total bill.
There is a strict time limit for appointments. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your deposit will be lost and we’ll need to reschedule the appointment with you.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
The deposit will be lost for any late-shwos, no-shows or cancellation within same day. This allows me time to inform my standby guests of any availability, so they can plan accordingly and not miss out on the fun!
