Consider it a VIP treatment, where the time slot is specially reserved just for you. However, I kindly ask for your understanding that when a client forgets or cancels without giving sufficient notice, a glittering opportunity may be lost to fill that reservation space. So, let’s keep the harmony intact and sparkle together! Please provide a 24-hour advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointment Booking Fee
A $10 non-refundable booking deposit fee is required to confirm the appointment. The money will go towards offsetting your total bill.
There is a strict time limit for appointments. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your deposit will be lost and we’ll need to reschedule the appointment with you.
No-Shows or Late Cancellatiions
The deposit will be lost for no-shows or cancellation within same day (i.e. <24 hours). This allows me time to inform my standby guests of any availability, so they can plan accordingly and not miss out on the fun!
